Zinc PVC Coated Double Twist (DT) Mesh is a high-strength wire mesh used for rockfall protection and slope stabilization works. It is manufactured from high tensile steel wire, which is first galvanized (zinc coated) to prevent corrosion and then PVC coated to provide additional protection against weathering, moisture, and environmental damage.
The mesh is fabricated in a double twist (hexagonal pattern), which enhances flexibility and prevents unraveling even if a wire is damaged. This makes it highly suitable for rugged and uneven rock surfaces.
Typical mesh size is 100 × 120 mm, with wire diameter ranging from 2.50 mm to 3.50 mm (before/after coating as specified). The mesh is durable, long-lasting, and requires minimal maintenance.

The mesh is installed using anchor bolts (Hilti or chemical anchors) along with MS plates and binding wires, ensuring firm fixing to the rock surface.
